Balenda, the event planner, plans a baby shower || S1:E2

Balenda, the event planner, was excited to plan a baby shower for her best friend’s sister, Sarah. She knew that Sarah had always dreamed of having a baby, and she wanted to make sure the shower was special.

Balenda started by creating a budget and timeline for the event. She then chose a theme, which was “Baby on Board.” She decorated the venue with balloons, streamers, and other baby-themed items. She also ordered a custom-made cake and cupcakes, and hired an event rental company to provide some necessary equipment.

To ensure the convenience of the event, Balenda hired Event Resource Center to drop off 2 10×10 tents, 3 8-foot rectangle tables, and 20 chairs. She wanted to ensure that the guests would be comfortable and well-accommodated, especially because the baby shower was held outdoors.

Balenda also invited all of Sarah’s close friends and family members to the shower. She also planned a variety of games and activities for the guests to enjoy. One of the most popular games was “Diaper Raffle,” where guests brought a pack of diapers and entered them into a drawing for a prize.

Balenda also arranged for a professional photographer to be at the shower to capture all of the special moments. She also hired a caterer to provide food and drinks for the guests.

On the day of the shower, Balenda arrived early to make sure that everything was ready. She was greeted by Sarah and her family, who were all very excited about the event.

The shower was a huge success! Sarah had a wonderful time celebrating with her loved ones. She was especially grateful to Balenda for planning such a special event.

At the end of the shower, Sarah gave Balenda a big hug and thanked her for everything. She told Balenda that it was the best baby shower she could have ever imagined.

Balenda was so happy to have been a part of Sarah’s special day. She knew that Sarah and her baby would have a lifetime of wonderful memories to cherish.
