Balenda, the event planner, planned an employee appreciation party || S1:E3

Balenda, the event planner, was excited to plan an employee appreciation party for her company. She wanted to make sure it was a fun and memorable event for everyone.

Balenda started by creating a budget and timeline for the event. She then chose a theme, which was “Summer Fun.” She decorated the office with balloons, streamers, and other summer-themed items. She also ordered a variety of food and drinks for the party.

To ensure that the employees would have a delicious meal, Balenda booked the Foodie Cart from Event Resource Center to cook burgers and hotdogs on location. She knew that the employees would love having fresh, hot food cooked right in front of them.

Balenda also planned a variety of games and activities for the employees to enjoy. One of the most popular games was “Water Balloon Toss,” where employees tossed water balloons at each other to try to stay dry.

Balenda also arranged for a DJ to be at the party to play music and keep the energy high. She also hired a photographer to capture all of the special moments.

On the day of the party, Balenda arrived early to make sure that everything was ready. She was greeted by the employees, who were all very excited about the event.

The party was a huge success! The employees had a wonderful time celebrating with their colleagues. They were especially grateful to Balenda for planning such a fun and memorable event.
