APPLICATION DEADLINE is JULY 1st. Take advantage of this new and exciting opportunity to directly reach thousands of consumers face to face at The Denver International Festival. This one of a kind food, music and art festival celebrating diversity is estimated to attract 20,000 attendees. In addition to a unique vendor opportunity we will provide your business with a featured listing on the DIF website, pre-event (print and online) marketing. Pay Deposit

50% deposit due 5 business days after application approval.

Booth Fees: 10’ x 10’ space: $400.

Booth fees includes: 10 x 10 space & booth signage. (tent not included)

Options: Larger booth available upon request.

Food Truck Fees: $400

Sales: Vendors retain 100% of revenue of sales.

Load In Time: TBA

Clean Up: Cleanup and removal of all equipment must be completed by 10 pm.

What we provide:
- 10 x 10 space
- 1 6 foot table with table cloth
- 1 menu board with logo, business name and type of cuisine
- Inclusion on the official vendor list at

Vendors will be selected based on their ability to provide high quality and unique menu items that complement our goal of providing the public with a variety of International food. We will limit the amount of vendors serving similar items to ensure the presentation of a diverse food offering. The Denver International Festival has sole discretion regarding which vendors are selected for participation. Some vendors may be placed on a waitlist until further notice after the 5 business day period for further review.

Vendors will not be allowed to sell beverages (soda, juice, water etc.) during the festival. However, we will consider requests for the sale of specialty drinks.

After submission of your application and the $25 application fee please allow a minimum of 5 business days for review.

If application is reviewed and accepted please be prepared to provide the following:

  • 50% deposit due: Within 5 business days of approval (non-refundable)
  • Copy of original certificate of insurance
  • Copy of temporary retail food license
  • Final menu form
  • Copy of high resolution logo
  • Fire permit form (if cooking with open flame)

All of these items will be due by: June 1st

Second half of vendor payment will be due by July 1st. If second half of payment is not received by deadline you will lose your reserved space at the festival.

List day of cancellation with refund is July 1st.
One of the main goals for the festivals is to promote your business. Let your followers know you will be at the Denver International Festival using the official festival graphics provided by DIF.
Once accepted for this year’s festival, vendors will have permission to use the name of the festival and logo for the purposes of promotion and advertising of their upcoming participation at the festival.
