Event Notes: I am looking for someone to come out and cook the tacos/quesadillas to order. The guest comes up and says they want a fajita taco and the chef hands them the taco made from freshly cooked meat and heated tortilla. The guest then will proceed to a condiment bar with various salsas, guacamole, onions, cilantros, chips. We would also like an Aguas Fresca if possible. The chef will be behind a flat top or plancha cooking the proteins to order. I think 4 main "proteins" would be appropriate. Carne Asada , Chicken fajita, Pork al pastor, Veg option (mushroom and peppers. The guest will decide quesadilla or taco. Corn and Flour tortilla options. We want a typical taco stand but in our back yard! I am from Houston texas and this is a common catering option but I cant find anyone to do it in denver!
