STREET TACO FOOD TRUCK CATERING DETAILS

The Street Taco: Services 3 Tacos Per Person

Taco Toppings: Tortilla, Shredded Cheese, Chopped Lettuce, Pico De Gallo, Onions

Sauces: Mild Chipotle, Creamy Avacado, Cilantro Lime

Cutlery: Plastic Plates, Paper Napkins, Forks, Serving Utensils,

Vegetarian & Glutin Free: Yes, 10%

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE FOOD TRUCK

• The Food Truck needs at minimum a 20 x 10 parking space
• Food Truck will arrive 1 hour early for setup ( Confirm with your rep for earlier setup)
• Food Truck will bring a generator for power (if you would rather them to a plugin to keep the noise down let your rep know)
• Food Truck Clean-up takes about 30 min to 1 hour.

FOOD TRUCK LICENSE & INSURANCE 

• We have a Retail Sales & Health License for the city and county of Denver and Tri-County.
• We have a $2,000,000 Insurance plan
