With our open floor plan and highly crafted art by Colorado artists, our gallery is perfect for: team meetings, off-sites, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, coffee meetings, and other special events!The gallery space is located in Belmar, Lakewood.

There is two restrooms.
There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Event Resource Centers’ Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for bookings canceled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. -

– If guests clog toilet or vomit, cleaning fee will be added to card on file.

- We set up the event 1.5 hours before the start of the event
- Your host will contact you after you book lock in a date that works best for you and the venue.
- You have to give us your final guest count 3 days before the event.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE FOOD TRUCK
- The Food Truck needs at minimum a 20 x 10 parking space
- Food Truck will arrive 1 hour early for setup ( Confirm with your rep for earlier setup)
- Food Truck will bring a generator for power (if you would rather them to a plugin to keep the noise down let your rep know)
- Food Truck Clean-up takes about 30 min to 1 hour.
FOOD TRUCK LICENSE & INSURANCE
- We have a Retail Sales & Health License for the city and county of Denver and Tri-County.
- We have a $2,000,000 Insurance plan
