Where: We are staying at the Doubletree Denver on Quebec Street, we can meet at a local park or walk down the street to a parking lot if this would be a problem.
What: We would need possibly larger meals than normal simply because these are athletes, especially the boy's teams.  All players are 14-18 years old and are here for the REAL Cup soccer tournament.  We would need different options for each night that are high-quality protein and carbs with as little fried options as possible.  If you can give me the meal options I can pick them and then we can work on a quote.

Food Allergies Plan:  the chef will prepare the food separately and have each meal labeled with the player's name and placed in a hot box each day, the player will have to let the food truck know their name and they have allergies,  Monice our transaction coordinator will help manage the flow.

COVID-19 STATION -is a sanitation area  with 70% Alcohol sanitizer, all workers will wash hands and wear masks and gloves
