- The bartender will arrive 1 hour prior to the event start time to set up and will stay after the event end time to clean up.

- The bartender will collect a ticket from each person before taking a drink order.
- The bartender will display pre-chilled cans of Colorado assorted beer for quick delivery to avoid lines.
