  • We need to have 2 staff minimum servicing this type of event. A 3rd staff member is suggested for setup and to be a runner just in case someone needs to pickup something that feel through

  • 3 bowls (for pickles, jalapenos, Crispy onions)
  • Just put out Ketchup, Mustard, Relish and BBQ sauces out on the table

  1. Find an agreed location to setup
  2. Pup up tent
  3. put up tables in the front and the sides
  4. set up grilling area

COOKING THE MEAT

  • Make sure your apron is on
  • Make sure the area is neat
  • keep meat organized will cooking
  • Put meat that is ready from the grill in the chafers

BREAKING DOWN THE EVENT
