Event Resource Center partners with businesses in the Denver Denver metro area to supply corporate lunches daily such as Community College Of Aurora’s Lowry and Center Tech Campas.

Our core offering is a Food Truck popup lunch program with rotating guest Food Trucks, we provide our Food Truck Partners a monthly schedule to visit each of our corporate sites 1-2 days a week to serve food on site. Our typical food truck partner does about 5-10 events per month averaging around $750 in food sales per event (that’s over $7,500 in additional revenue per month).

We have exclusive Food Truck opportunities at our CCA locations coming up this month check the dates below.

The Food trucks are the only option for food on the campus and we are only sending one food truck to each location per day. CCA will put up flyers and send out text messages to faculty and staff with Food Trucks Menus.
