VARIETY OF HOME STYLE & CHEF COOKED MEALS

Event Resource Center is all about lunch variety. Today could be one of our food trucks, tomorrow taco bar drop off, next day fish and chips. With hundreds of partners in our Food & Catering network and thousands of menu options, we are sure to find something for your office.

CONVENIENCE ON YOUR TERMS

You will be assigned an account manager who will design a menu for your company each week.

AFFORDABLE

We'll build a program around your budget so that treating your office to lunch is within reach. Show your employees how much they're valued without breaking the bank.

WEEKLY MEAL PLAN

What is included:

Your Event Resource Center account manager will send a  monthly meal plan calendar by the 25th of each month.

Food Trucks & Popups Food Stations

  • Food that requires heat will come on chafer pan with heating sernos to keep the food at a consistent heat during the lunch period.
  • Staff will set up chaffers and break them down.
  • Food Trucks will come at desinated time periods

Meal Dropoff  -

  • Food will be dropped off by 11:45-12 pm

Meal Clean Up -

  • A staff person will come and pick up all Food and supplies

TUESDAY, APRIL 2ND

  • TACO BAR
    • You can never go wrong with our taco bar. Yep, we said never. The soft flour tortillas and/or crispy corn shells come with your choice of protein, pinto or black beans, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and free chips & salsa.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3RD

  • SPRINGTIME BBQ
    • Everything you need to make your own burgers, including 100% Angus beef & veggie patties, cheese, house rolls, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Served with potato salad, baked beans, and assorted desserts

 

THURSDAY, APRIL 4RD

  • PASTA ITALIANO w/CHICKEN
    • Penne with chicken, herbs, roasted garlic, tomatoes, squash, broccoli, Parmesan, and your choice of sauce. Served with grilled asparagus, your choice of salad, a bread basket, and a cookie & brownie platter.
